40 Acres of Wild Freedom in Sunridge β No HOA, No Neighbors, No Limits
π Listing of the Week: Tax ID 23-012-0067 β Sunridge 40 Acre Mountain Escape
This isnβt just a parcel β itβs a wilderness retreat with soul. Tucked away in a gated corner of Weber County between the first and second Sunridge gates (meaning no HOA here), this 40-acre private haven sits under the watchful eye of Powder Mountain and above the Middle Fork of the Ogden River.
Imagine stepping into your own forested world β timbered slopes, dramatic ridge views, and untouched nature all around. There are level spots perfect for a cabin or dream home, and miles of terrain begging to be explored. Whether youβre after quiet solitude, hunting grounds where trophy mule deer and elk wander, or a place to build lifelong memories, this property delivers.
Bordered on two sides by National Forest and adjacent to Browns Hole State Land (loaded with deer, moose, elk), this tract has been treasured for over 21 years as a private camping and recreation spot. Privacy like this β in one of the least developed areas of Weber County β is rare.

Most lots around here range from 2β5 acres, giving owners space and privacy for cabins or custom homes. The lot featured this week is outside the official HOA β so you get the beautiful Sunridge geography with extra freedom.

π Winter snowmobile/snowcat access only
πΎ Trails everywhere for every level of outdoor lover
Sunridge is perfect for buyers who want a rugged, off-grid mountain retreat while still being just a short drive from Huntsville and Ogden Valley amenities.
