Local Highlight

The first full week of 2026 brings winter fully into focus across Ogden Valley, with ski season underway, community spots buzzing, and buyers and sellers easing into a new real estate year.

January typically sets the tone for the year ahead. In Ogden Valley, limited inventory and continued interest in lifestyle properties mean well-priced homes are still drawing attention—even during the quieter winter months.

What to expect this week:
Snowy mountain conditions, steady resort activity at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain, and a stoke energy from recent snowfall, with hopes more is to come!

As always, the Nanci Lifer Team is here to help buyers and sellers navigate winter opportunities and plan ahead for the 2026 market.
